I have had a passion for helping people and solving problems for a very long time and being honest if you had asked me 20 years ago would I be working with property now I would have laughed.

As a Keller Williams Estate Agent / Property Consultant I take a holistic approach to buying and selling property. What does this mean? It means I like to get to know you as the owner, the property, the buyers, the market and follow the process to give the best customer service I can and expose your property to as many people beyond the normal property portals to achieve the goals we set together.

Although I love providing a service for selling every day property or assisting buyers to find the right home for them, the stubborn or stale property market where property is not selling, is my niche. Taking on the challenge of selling a property, the process and the people involved all working towards the same goal, when it has been on the market for a significant period of time is hard work and incredibly rewarding.

Becoming an Estate Agent/Property consultant has allowed me to take all my skills from previous roles in Customer service, finance and project work etc into converting property from analysis to sale. That for me is one of the most fulfilling and satisfying things i have ever done. Being honest with a 78% success rate currently, I don't sell them all and I am constantly learning and growing. That is partly why I love it, every day we learn and grow even beyond people who have been in the industry for many years.

If you are looking to buy a property in the UK or Internationally I can act as a Buyer's Agent. With this service you will have multiple f2f or zoom calls to discuss your requirements, whittle the locations and properties down and then attend virtual and in person viewings. I am with you from the beginning until you move in and will help coordinate or introduce you to mortgage brokers or solicitors etc should you require that level of support. If you are looking internationally I will work in conjunction with Keller Williams estate agents within the country and area you wish to buy.
